Flenn Custom Homes and Remodeling is a family-owned builder and remodeler in Georgetown, Texas, working across Williamson and Travis County. Greg Flenniken has been building homes for more than forty years, twenty-seven of them under his own name. The people who price your project are the people on your job site, and the craftsmanship is backed for life.
How we got here
Small on purpose
We have never chased volume. Flenn has stayed small on purpose: a family-owned company where the person who prices your project is the person on your job site, and where roughly 95% of the work comes from people who already know us. Kitchens, whole-home remodels, additions, and custom homes on your own lot: same crew, same standard, same phone number in year ten.
Raising a family taught Greg what a house has to do on an ordinary Tuesday, not just in a rendering.

We carry a small number of projects at a time. That is how we can still pick up the phone in month five, and why we rarely have the cheapest start date.

Three families in our portfolio hired us more than once. The McIntyre residence was our third project for the same couple; the Hoover family called us back for their kitchen a few months after the addition. The Stillhouse kitchen came to us on a referral from another builder.
McIntyre residence, Lake Travis
A Lake Travis home taken down to the foundation piers and rebuilt three stories tall, tying a new poured foundation into existing pier and beam. The owners' third project with Flenn.
Hoover residence: addition, then kitchen
A side addition with a home office, laundry and guest bath, then a kitchen remodel months later that removed the load-bearing columns. Drainage had to be corrected first.
Stillhouse kitchen remodel, Round Rock, TX
A 1970s Round Rock kitchen with a seven-foot dropped ceiling raised and opened up, plus a laundry room brought in from the garage into conditioned space.
