This privacy policy covers flennhomes.com, the website of Flenn Custom Homes and Remodeling (“Flenn,” “we,” “us”), Georgetown, Texas. Our work on your home is governed by the written agreements you sign with us (the Professional Services Agreement and the construction contract); this policy is about the website.
Information you submit
When you request an estimate, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email address, the city your home is in, and details about your project (the type of work, its scope, your timeline, a budget range if you give one, and any notes you add).
We do not collect payment information, government identification numbers, dates of birth, or health information on this website.
Usage and analytics data
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and the page or link that brought you here. It sets cookies. Ad personalization signals are disabled. If you arrive from an advertisement or a tracked link, standard campaign identifiers travel with your form so we know which page or campaign brought you to us. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.
How we use your information

We use a small number of service providers to run this site: Tally (form processing), Google (Analytics, and Google Workspace for delivering your request to our team), and Amazon Web Services (site hosting). Each processes your data only to provide its service to us. If Flenn is ever part of a merger or acquisition, your information may transfer with the business under the same protections.
Security and retention
Your request is delivered directly to our own systems. We keep it only as long as needed to serve your inquiry and any project that follows, and to meet legal requirements.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we are required to keep. Call or email us (below). You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Text messages stop when you reply STOP.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We post any changes here with a new effective date.
