Greg visits your home first; he can't price what he hasn't seen. After that visit you get an estimate range up front, and we walk you through it before you decide anything. If something you ask for changes the scope, we price it and show you before we move.
What happens after I send the form?
Greg or Pam calls you back within one business day to hear what you have in mind and set up the first visit. That visit is where the estimate range starts.
Is there any obligation?
No. You get a straight read either way, and you get the range before you commit to anything. If your plan doesn't pencil out, Greg will tell you that too.
