Using this site

The site describes our work and lets you request an estimate. Use it for those purposes. Do not try to interfere with it, copy it wholesale, or use it to send us anything unlawful.

Estimates and project agreements

Submitting the estimate form is a request for a conversation, not a contract. Nothing on this site is an offer to perform work at a particular price or on a particular schedule. Estimates, scope, schedule, payment and warranty terms are set out in the written agreements you sign with us: the Professional Services Agreement and the construction contract. The Lifetime Warranty on Craftsmanship described on this site is provided under those agreements.

Content and intellectual property

The text, photographs and design of this site belong to Flenn or are used with permission. Photographs of clients’ homes are published with the homeowners’ consent. You may view and share links to the site; you may not reuse its content without our written permission.

No warranty of site content

We keep the site accurate and available as best we can, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or always available. Project details on the site describe specific past projects and are not promises about yours.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what the site collects and how we use it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
