Questions homeowners ask about kitchen remodeling
How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A finishes-focused update moves faster than a layout change with structural work. You'll get a written schedule with your estimate, and we keep you posted as the work moves.
Can we use our kitchen during the remodel?
Partially, most of the time. We help you set up a temporary kitchen station, and we plan the no-kitchen days with you in advance so they never catch you off guard.
How does your estimate work?
Greg visits your kitchen first, and after that visit you get an estimate range up front. We settle material selections before we finalize the number, so the numbers are clear before you decide. If you change something later, we price it and show you first.
Do you help us choose materials and finishes?
Yes. Greg gives you straight guidance on cabinets, counters, and fixtures, the best quality for your money, with zero upsell pressure. Customers tell us that's exactly how it felt.
Can you open the wall to the living room?
Usually, yes. Structural work is done in-house, so Greg can tell you on the spot whether a wall is load-bearing and what opening it involves, engineering and permits included.
Do you handle permits?
Yes, including electrical and plumbing inspections. You won't be chasing paperwork.
