Questions homeowners ask about whole-home remodeling

How long does a whole-home remodel take?

It depends on scope, a cosmetic refresh moves much faster than structural changes. You'll get a written schedule with your estimate, and we keep you posted as the work moves, including when the unexpected shows up.

Do we have to move out during the remodel?

Not always. It depends on how much of the house is in play at once. We phase the work around your life where we can, and any water or power interruptions are scheduled with you in advance, never a surprise.

What happens if you find problems behind the walls?

In older homes, we sometimes do, rot, dated wiring, old plumbing. When it happens, we show you exactly what we found, explain your options in plain terms, and price the fix before touching it. No surprise invoices.

How does your estimate work?

Greg visits your home first, he can't price what he hasn't seen. After that visit you get an estimate range up front, and we walk you through it before you decide anything. If something you ask for changes the scope, we price it and show you before we move, no surprise invoices.

Should we remodel or just move?

Straight answer: if you love your street, your schools, and your neighbors, remodeling usually wins, you skip selling costs and keep your community. If your plan doesn't pencil out, Greg will tell you that too. You get the range before you commit to anything.

Do you handle permits in Williamson County?

Yes. We manage permitting, engineering, and inspections end to end. You won't be chasing paperwork.
