How long does a bathroom remodel take?

A hall bath refresh is quicker than a full primary suite. You'll get a written schedule with your estimate, and we keep you posted as the work moves.

Will we be without a bathroom?

We phase the work around your household. If it's your only bathroom, we plan so you're never without a working toilet and shower overnight.

How does your estimate work?

Greg visits first, behind-the-walls work can't be priced from a photo. After that visit you get an estimate range up front and we walk you through it before you decide. And if we find something unexpected behind the walls, we show you, explain the options, and price the fix before touching it.

Can you make a bathroom safer for aging in place, without it looking like a hospital?

Yes. Universal design done well just looks like good design: curbless showers, better lighting, grab bars that read as fixtures. You plan once and stay in the home you love.

Is remodeling a small bathroom worth it?

Often, yes, it's a room you use every day, and it matters at resale. And if your particular project doesn't pencil out, Greg will tell you that straight. You get the range before you commit to anything.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes, plumbing and electrical inspections included. You won't be chasing paperwork.
