The one guarantee
Backed for life.
We provide a lifetime guarantee on the quality of our craftsmanship. If any issues arise related to the work we perform, we will address them promptly and professionally. That is the whole promise, and this page explains what it means in practice.
In practice
What it covers, and what it does not
Our workmanship, for life. The work our team performed: framing, tile, trim, roofing, the things a builder is responsible for. If it fails because of how we built it, we come back and take care of it, promptly and professionally.
Products carry their manufacturers' warranties. Appliances, fixtures, windows, roofing materials and the like are covered by the companies that make them. We install to the manufacturer's requirements so those warranties hold, and we help you use them.
It is a guarantee about work, not about price or wear. It is not a price guarantee, and it does not cover normal maintenance, weather damage, or changes made by someone else.

One customer's roof, originally built for the previous owner, developed a problem years later after heavy rains. We came back and fixed it. That is what the guarantee means in practice, and it is a promise about workmanship, not about price.
After the last day
What happens when the work is done
We inspect the work against the standard we started with and walk the project with you. You get a document to note anything you run across later, and the answers to the operational questions: appliances, heating and cooling, anything else.
Then we come back twice without being asked: once at three months, and again at eleven months. Both visits are to check that everything is still working and to deal with anything that has surfaced since.
After that, call us. If something comes up that is related to the work we performed, we come back and take care of it.
