“Building is my passion!” That’s the foundation on which Greg Flenniken, founder of Flenn Custom Homes, has built his career.
Born and raised on a dairy farm in Southwest Missouri, Greg’s love for structural design sparked as a young boy when he marveled at the barns in the area. His curiosity pushed him to ask “why” and “how” questions long before Google was a thing. This early intrigue naturally led him to pursue a two-year vocational program in building trades in high school, where he later earned a degree in construction engineering from Pittsburg State University in Kansas.
Greg’s career started in Houston, which eventually expanded to building homes across North Carolina and then Austin, which he has called home since 1999. Over the years, Greg has brought together teams of skilled professionals, completed hundreds of custom construction and remodeling projects, and most importantly, helped families across Round Rock, Georgetown, and Williamson County build homes that fit their unique lifestyles.
