Concur on a Budget
Prior to planning your project, we set a target budget to make sure your expectations are reached and our team works within those constraints. By being transparent with our clients, we want to gain their trust.
Concept Design and Budget in General
Up to three alternative conceptual design ideas, each with a matching pricing range, will be presented to you by designers. Your selections will result in an ideal house design plan that fits your budget.
Contract and final Design
A lump-sum contract and an estimated production timeline are sent to you once you accept a final design concept. All creative design concepts are then refined down to the last detail and approved by you.
Construction

Greg recently completed a remodel of our 1950’s home. The house was almost a complete tear down but Greg was able to save us time and money where possible. His integrity, communication, and work ethic is very impressive. Greg offered many suggestions along the process that turned out to be the right decision and saved money. We have been so pleased with the beautiful job Greg's crew has done. We have enjoyed our home being with family and friends in a comfortable environment. I especially have enjoyed my lovely, perfect and functional kitchen.
I would also like to add: we have only ever done small remodeling jobs on our homes never a complete remodel and design. I was NOT looking forward to this project in any way!
Greg Flenniken was such a huge help with his encouragement keeping me on schedule even when I was at my worst. Greg is a man of integrity and moral character. Bringing that to the table combined with his years of experience completes a beautiful home that brings years of enjoyment to the home owner.

Reading through the reviews I have to say I was surprised to read a negative response to how they were treated by Flynn Custom Homes (Greg). We all need to keep in mind our interactions go both ways and I can say through my experience I would put my money on Greg. We have owned several homes in several states and I have to say when we bought a new custom home from Greg in 2016, our experience was 5-Stars!!! Greg and his contracted crew is competent, honest, and an ethical builder! Just saying, great company!

I have worked with Greg two times in the past 15 years on remodel projects on my home. He was patient during the planning and budgeting process. He always answered calls, text or emails promptly and guided us through the project without any problems or frustrations. He and his crew were respectful of us, our home and even our pets.
Even though we were out of town for most of our last remodel, he finished on time and on budget. I would recommend Flenn Custom Homes to anyone looking for a builder they can trust with the home if their dreams.
