Our Process
BUILDING PLANS
You may opt to bring your own plans, or we can create a custom design for you. Either way, we can build exactly what you are looking for.
PLANNING
Every plan has a price. Is it the right price? Is it the right plan? Finding that balance is what makes a great builder. We’ll work with you at every step.
DESIGN
Building a dream in the physical world is the purpose of design. We will make sure that your ideas are accurately displayed on the construction documents.
CONSTRUCTION
We’ll organize the resources, materials and craftsmen needed for your build. We’ll keep you updated on the progress and apprised of any recommended changes.
LANDSCAPING
The goal of landscaping is to accentuate the home, not overpower it. We’ll work with you to integrate the new building in the existing environment.
COMPLETION
We treat every project with the same care we would give to our own homes. The job isn’t finished until the work is done and you are satisfied.

Recent Projects
While interviewing builders, I casually mentioned a concern about having enough property for a single story (I had a three story blue-print at the time). Greg looked left to right and stated he thought it could be done. A custom design was launched. I was involved in the building process and never felt left out of the loop.
Greg was responsive, conscientious, accountable, and reliable. Even when the project was complete, we could count on him to address details that needed attention.
